Conveyor Beef Viscera Inspection Tables are of improved design, in which all the latest and most desirable features have been incorporated.

For use during the evisceration of cattle, while the carcasses are being conveyed on an overhead conveyor.

As the travel of the viscera inspection table corresponds with the speed of the overhead conveyor, the table is synchronized with the overhead conveyor drive. This arrangement will also provide very smooth travel to the table.

The inspectors work alongside the table opposite the carcass.

These tables are furnished with a heavy gauge sterilizing cabinet, as shown above, or positioned under the table as illustrated below.

The traveling top is continually and thoroughly washed and sterilized with hot water and steam.

The cabinet has a 12″ vent, also a mercury operated easily read dial thermometer for the inspectors. An additional cold water spray is provided at each end of table for washing and cooling the table top.

These tables are built to suit requirements. Pipe frame may be furnished if wanted.

When ordering, specify length of table, type of drive, and which side of table the drive is to be located.
