WHAT IS THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT GROUP?

The LeFiell Project Management Group is our team of hand-picked, highly qualified individuals with more than 200 years of combined experience in building meat packing plants.  The members of the Team have a diverse background, encompassing many aspects of the meat industry.  On our team you will find: experts in the slaughter and further processing of many species of animal, experts in rendering and wastewater treatment, a master butcher with experience in product development, mechanical and electrical engineers, a licensed architect, an engineer proficient in five languages, a licensed general contractor, and a former Vice President of a major U.S. meat packer.   All are available to work with you on your project.  What's more, our Team has experience not just in the United States, but in regions as diverse as Central and South America, the Middle East, and the Pacific Rim.  Whether you are slaughtering 400 head per hour or 40 head per day, our group of professionals can help maximize the efficiency of your plant.

We will perform as much or as little of the project management as you desire.  Our team can be involved with all major aspects of planning and construction, or can assist with specialized areas where you might need help with improving effeciency and productivity.

Our areas of expertise go far beyond just bricks and mortar.  We can also assist with such things as evaluating prospective markets to determine demand, dealing with the many local and global regulatory organizations, obtaining compliance with HACCP and USDA standards and much more.  In our ongoing effort to achieve total quality, LeFiell will be completing all necessary steps to become ISO 9001 certified in 1999.
