TEAM LEADER
Credentials include Vice President of Engineering and Operations for a major meat processing company and former general contractor.  He has more than 45 years experience building and running meat packing plants in addition to consulting worldwide.
DUTIES
During the planning phase of the project, he will be responsible for the analysis of the site for necessary site work and building requirements, power supply, and rendering specifications.  When the plant is being built, he will be the job site Superintendent.  He will also coordinate the field and construction work of the other team members or, if required, will prepare recommendations of the best contractors and sub-contractors for the project.

ALTERNATIVE TEAM LEADER
A mechanical engineer who has 40 years practical management experience in the meat industry.  Projects include management responsibilities in the United States, Canada, South America, and Asia.
DUTIES
Serves as project manager in the event the Team Leader is engaged in managing another project.


ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER-ARCHITECT
A licensed architect with 25 years experience designing meat packing plants with the United States Department of Agriculture.
DUTIES
Will be responsible for pre-and on-site architectural and engineering work, for the preparation of the site and floor plans, and for meeting USDA specifications.


ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER-PROJECT ENGINEER
A registered professional engineer with 40 years practical experience in the meat industry.  Experience includes being the former Director of Engineering for one of the largest full-line pork, beef, and lamb slaughtering and processing companies in the United States.
DUTIES
Will assist in the overall system design and construction management, including rendering, energy conservation, utilities and refrigeration systems.


ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER-PROJECT ENGINEER
With advanced degrees in both mechanical and electrical engineering, he has over 30 years experience in the food industry.  He is fluent in Spanish and also proficient in English, Italian, Portuguese, and French.  Experience includes serving as Corporate Engineering Manager for Cargill of Venezuela, Corporate Technical Director for Grupo Empresarial Suelatex, and Chief Engineer for Pillsbury of Venezuela.
DUTIES
Will assist in the utilization of utilities to reduce energy costs, work with local engineers when building or modifying facilities, and will also assist in designing specific pieces of equipment.


ENVIRONMENTAL and SANITATION ENGINEER
A degreed environmental control and waste treatment engineer who has 40 years experience in the meat industry.
DUTIES
Will be responsible for the analysis of the proposed plant drainage, utility, and environmental protection agency requirements.  He will also develop the plant's air pollution and odor control and wastewater treatment system, including costs and space requirements.


ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER
Holds a Doctorate in resource economics and technology and has over 35 years experience in environmental engineering.  He has extensive overseas experience and is a specialist in the fields of sludge and biosolids composting and related solid waste management systems for lumber, coal, and food processing industries and municipalities.
DUTIES
Serves in a similar capacity to above listed Engineer.


OPERATIONS/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/TRAINING CONSULTANT
A degreed Master Butcher, he has over 25 years experience in the global meat industry.   Experience includes time spent as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Export for Thai Pacific Foods and consulting work for meat packers in Pacific Rim, North and South Americas, and Europe as well as other regions of the world.
DUTIES
Will assist with specific meat products and related equipment analyses for your potential domestic and international markets, as well as product development, plant evaluation, and personnel efficiency.  As needed, he will provide key-man employment assistance and butcher training after start-up.


EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION and START-UP SUPERVISOR
An equipment fabrication supervisor and millwright with 25 years practical experience in the meat industry with work experience in the United States, Canada, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
DUTIES
Will be responsible for supervising the installation of the equipment including, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic installation at the job site.
