The LeFiell 1026 Gravity Type Shackle Lowerator has a hydraulic control that allows complete adjustment of down travel speed.  Carriage has roller bearings for smooth operation and there is an automatic gate at the top which controls shackle entry.   Normal drop is approximately 10 feet, but can be made to accomodate any differential between shackle return rail storage rail.
