1085 Hog Dehairer

The LeFiell 1085 Hydraulic Hog Dehairer has a capacity range of 40 to 200 head per hour depending on the specific model desired.  Hydraulic cylinders operating the throw-in and throw-out cradles provide faster, quieter and better dehairing with reduced operating and maintenance costs.  All moving parts not directly involved in the actual dehairing operation are enclosed in a streamlined cover.  Washdown is easy, too, because the enclosure protects the operating mechanism.

1085-5 Hog Dehairer

The LeFiell 1085-5 Hog Dehairer has a 20 head per hour capacity when used with the LeFiell 1080-10 Scalding Tank.   Cradle converts to a gambreling table as it removes hogs which weigh up to 500 lbs.   33 scraper paddles remove the hair without cuts or bruises.  7'-1" wide by 5'-3", 1,100 lbs.  Unit comes painted.
