| September 25, 2003 New Improvements with Single and Double LeFiell Stainless Trolleys LeFiell combines new ultra-high polyethylene with synthetic oils to make the best bearings for LeFiel E-Z GlideTM Model 6015 trolleys. The resulting mixture, thermally cured bearing compound, fills the bearing cavity and protects it from contaminants. When the load puts the trolley in motion, the compound releases enough--adequate lubrication as it is needed. After the bearing comes to rest, any excell oil is reabsorbed into the compound until it is needed again. The innovation eliminates regular greasing of bearings, reduces oil waste/leakage, increases bearing life, and reduces contamination and trolley downtime. Note: The polyethylene compounds are FDA Certified. |
