LeFiell Named Supplier of the Year for 1999 by the
National Meat Association

Reno, Nevada based LeFiell Company was named "Supplier of the Year 1999" by the National Meat Association at its annual meeting in Monterey, California.   The NMA gives this award for "outstanding efforts to the meat industry and its members and to recognize those who give the industry outstanding service."  The NMA noted that, "LeFiell has been providing consistently high quality material handling systems, equipment, and service for more than fifty years and was a charter member of NMA in 1946."

In accepting the award, Mr. Schmidt said, "it was due to the consistent and highly professional efforts of LeFiell's staff and consultants."  He also thanked the National Meat Association for their recognition of these skills and efforts and the Reno-Sparks area's excellent business environment for giving LeFiell the opportunity to achieve an even higher level of success than in the company's previous eighty years of business.
